We ship from USA. Free Shipping for US customers with total purchases of $89.00 and above 

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping based on your shipping options you choose. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

To find out how much is the shipping cost, place items in the cart, click view  shopping cart, look for Shipping & Tax estimates. Input your address and you will be given the few shipping options to choose from.

Payment Options

Buyers have two options to choose from

 ~ We are Paypal verified. In order to pay through Paypal you will need a Paypal account. Through Paypal we accept all major credit cards and e-check.

 ~ Hayaa Clothing have teamed up with Stripe processing to provide our buyers a very secure credit card options. 

Credit Card Being Declined

 Hayaa Clothing have anti-fraud protection in placed to protect our customers. Your personal information ie name, addresses, zip code etc must match your information that is on file with your financial institution.

International Buyer Using Credit Card Please Take Note

You might want to use PayPal to process your order. Simply sign-up with Paypal to create an account.

If you are using credit card to processing your payment via our Securenet credit card processor, please be aware that the transaction may be declined due to many international banks not supporting the AVS anti-fraud settings we use in the U.S.

 If you made several attempt to process the order and were declined, please be aware that your banking institution will put a hold on EACH transaction you did. From our end, since the transaction was declined we DO NOT have the authorization code to collect the payment from your bank. Depending on the Banks, the payment will be released back into your account within 7 to 10 business days,

International Buyers - Custom Clearance

 International buyers may be subjected to import tax, custom duties and other fees which are levied once the shipment arrive in your country. These custom clearance charges and duties must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges. Custom policies varies from country to country. When custom clearance is required it could cause shipping delay beyond our estimates.
