Here at Hayaa, we would like you to be happy and satisfied with your purchases. Most merchandise purchased at Hayaa Clothing is returnable. The returned merchandise must in be in the same original condition as when it was shipped - new & unwashed, unaltered, and in orginal packaging with tag attached. If we find some indication that the item has been worn (e.g make-up stain, perfume or any kind of strong odor), we will deduct 50% of the cost of item as a restocking fee.
Refunds will only be issued for returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. Customers that return items after 30 days will receive only Store Credit and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted. We do not accept returns on Clearance items.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Please use delivery confirmation for your return package because hayaaclothing.com is not responsible for item lost in transit.

The refund will be on COST of item/items minus initial shipping charges. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you would like to exchange your item/s, please mail it back to the address above. We will not do the exchange until we receive the returned items. Please note that buyer must pay the cost of return shipping for the original items.
